Milestones necessary for Level 1 (described here)
Milestone 0:

Get empty game running.
Milestone 1a:

Get one box on the screen that can be dragged around by the user.
Milestone 1b:

Get a cursor to show up
Milestone 2:

You can push another box around with the draggable one. (not working as smoothly as I'd like. Not sure what's up, but it's good enough for now.)
Milestone 3:

Use trash cans instead of boxes.
Milestone 4:
One box has an arm that swings up and down. When it hits the other box, the other box moves.
Milestone 5:
There's a button on one box, which makes its arm swing side to side when the button is hit.
Milestone 6:
Conveyor belt, with cakes moving along it.
Milestone 7:
Make a box.
